Sweet sour lemon pickles


This is an Indian pickle made with lemons, spices such as turmeric, garlic, black pepper, cayenne, salt along with little vinegar and cane sugar. It’s sweet and sour. You eat slices of lemon, you can cut small slivers of it and have it as a side with any meal. You can use the spiced syrup as a marinade for your meat, veggies, fish. You can make lemon rice with the spiced syrup or use it for flavoring your dishes with lemon flavors. No additives, no preservatives, just wholesome tasty lemons cooked in beautiful, delicious spiced syrup. Eat the lemons, eat the spiced syrup. Good source of Vitamin C.

It’s in 5 oz glass jar. I have NOT pressure canned it. So don’t be shocked if the lid pops up and opens easy. So it should be refrigerated after you get it home and consumed within couple weeks. You can always add more sugar to this pickle to increase the sweetness if you have sweet tooth.

Vegan, gluten free. Made in facility that processes nuts, soy,wheat.
