Instructions: Thaw dish for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator. Once thawed, remove plastic lid & remove fresh lime. Bake dish for 45 – 50 mins. at 350 degrees in pre-heated oven. The cheese should be golden. We recommend covering this dish with foil while baking, but this is not required. Squeeze fresh lime over the enchiladas when baking is complete and enjoy.
*You may choose to bake the dish frozen. This is OK, however, please keep in mind the baking process will take much longer if the dish is still frozen. Test the center of the dish to make sure the middle is hot before consumption.
*The inside of this pie is FULLY cooked prior to baking.
