Lamb Shepherd’s Pie (Gluten- Free)


Lamb Shepherd’s Pie: Roasted Lamb, shallots, carrots, english peas, sweet corn, garlic, thyme & parsley covered with mashed russet potatoes. *NO FLOUR

Instructions: Thaw dish for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator. Once thawed, remove plastic lid. Bake pie for 45 – 50 mins. at 350 degrees in pre-heated oven. Covering this pie with foil while baking is recommended, but not required. Pie crust should be golden brown around the edges when finished.

*You may choose to bake the pie frozen. This is OK, however, please keep in mind the baking process will take much longer if the pie is still frozen. Test the center of the dish to make sure the middle is hot before consumption.

*The inside (beef) of this pie is FULLY cooked prior to baking. However, the pie dough is RAW prior to baking.
